Barlimore Fabrication - Estimating Managers/Senior Estimators Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 annually based on experience Location: Baltimore, MD Full-Time On-Site This is a direct-hire position with Baltimore Fabrication-not a contract, temporary, or consulting assignment. Baltimore Fabrication is seeking an experienced estimating leader to play a key role in driving the company's continued growth and success. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex estimating efforts, develop competitive pricing strategies, and influence project pursuit decisions across a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects. Working closely with executive leadership, sales, project management, purchasing, and operations teams, you will help shape business strategy, strengthen customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and implement best practices that improve accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.
