For more information visit ILCDover.com and follow us on LinkedIn.Job Summary: Performs various financial reporting and analyses functions applying independent judgment and account principles in compliance with company policy and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). *Essential Responsibilities:Complete account reconciliations in a timely manner in the time period specified by managementSupports month-end and year-end closing processMaintain and measure key operating KPI's and drive improvementSupport & complete financial and management reporting as requiredAssists with monitoring and analyzing department performance to budget, compile variance analysis for management reviewAssist with monitoring margin drivers and variances and coordinate actions with other functional teamsCalculate and lead discussions with appropriate personnel surrounding POC calculations for project-based businessesAssists with government rate calculations, government audits, and the filing of the annual incurred cost submission. Assists in the creation of annual business plansManage plant fixed assets Assists with audits conducted by the Company's outside audit firm.Recommends, updates, and writes policies and procedures reflective of sound accounting principles *This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
