We are open to relocation or candidates in neighboring states that can work partial onsite. This position will report into Treasury Manager and support Vice President of Finance & Treasurer in shaping the future of the Enovis Treasury organization. The candidate will have high level of interaction with senior management, including the Vice president of FP&A, Chief Accounting Officer, VP of Tax and the Chief Financial officer, among others. The candidate will have the opportunity to experience significant M&A activity and contribute to the success of the company's strategy execution in the long term. A successful experience in this role will open up opportunities within the Treasury organization or other areas within the Company, with possibility for relocation if desirable. Senior Treasury Analyst Reports To: This role is a Financial Analyst reporting into Manager, Treasury under the Treasury Dept Key Relationships: VP Treasury, Chief Accounting Officer Other Key Relationships: Treasury managers, Treasurer, corporate accounting, FP&A, tax department, banks, auditors and other service providers. Location: Role sits in our Wilmington Delaware HQ - hybrid (onsite - remote) Senior Treasury Analyst/High Level Position Summary Key Responsibilities This position will be a critical contributor to the Enovis Corporate Treasury organization, based in Wilmington, DE. Job responsibilities include: financial modelling and forecasting of working capital and free cash flow; manage global cash and liquidity; maintain debt portfolio in treasury workstation; produce debt covenant compliance calculations; manage relationship with banks across businesses in accordance with global bank group strategy; model, forecast and report corporate cash flow including interest expense and other corporate cash items; support treasury team in cross-functional special projects, including tax planning, acquisitions due diligence and integration efforts; other special projects Minimum Essential Requirements: Support the team in the transition of weekly and monthly working capital modelling and cash flow forecasting from FP&A into Treasury. Including: a. Manage and consolidate weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts for Enovis. b. Prepare weekly treasury reporting package with respect to cash flow, liquidity and net debt c. Analyze cash flow information and perform weekly/monthly cash flow variance analysis d. Assume responsibilities for global cash and liquidity planning, and interest expense forecasting and reporting · Language Capabilities o English is required. Working knowledge in other languages highly desirable (Spanish, German, French). · Education Requirements o B.S. in accounting, finance, economics, or related field o MBA, CPA, CFA or other advanced degree/certifications desirable (but not required)· Technical Requirements o Understanding of financial statements and financial reporting processes at a deep level from an analytical standpoint (not as a preparer of accounting processes) o Understanding of full P&L and working capital impacts on company's liquidity o Strong understanding of free cash flow concepts, principles and forecasting process, both direct and indirect methods o Outstanding Excel modelling skills o Superior verbal and written presentation skills. Ability to prepare presentations and communicate complex, technical topics in a professional and easy to understand manner o Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate and draw conclusions from large amounts of data o Understanding of core treasury activities such as cash management and working knowledge of Treasury systems will be considered a plus o Experience with Oracle Hyperion preferred · Experience Requirements o 5 years of FP&A. Ideal experience in public companies with significant international presence and complex business structures o Demonstrated experience analyzing financial statements and financial modelling o Demonstrated success in driving projects to conclusion with moderate autonomy o Established record in managing multiple and competing priorities.
