As a Barclays Finance Business Partner Fraud - Assistant Vice President, you'll assist on finance support for Operations on USCB aligned transaction cycles, ensure high standards are met through behaviour & support junior colleagues in their attempts to meet the performance targets, and assume accountability for performance to achieve goals and priorities and work to seek to increase all aspects of diversity across the organisation through leadership, challenging of others where necessary, and actively seeking alternative points of view. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager. What will you be doing? ??? Providing regular loss variance to plan reporting with narratives that accurately reflect Barclays current fraud loss picture ??? Calculating of fraud loss reserve used for regulatory controls ??? Giving quarterly RAF forecasting with intensive review process utilizing multiple model inputs from various business areas ??? Creating Yearly MTP forecasting to develop the overall fraud loss budget ??? Handling regular fraud closure, PAV, and pend volume analyses utilized by Planning and Forecasting for FTE capacity planning ??? Accounting for the development of reporting for solid controls and fraud monitoring ??? Building effective working relationships with all key business partners to ensure effective collaboration and drive excellence in fraud management ??? Acting as the Finance Business Partner as relates to managed costs - forecasting/budgeting/variance analysis What we're looking for: ??? Bachelor's degree with five years or master's degree with three years' work experience in Risk Management and/or Financial Forecasting ??? Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel ??? Exceptional presentation skills with an adept ability for taking complex nativities and communicating them simply to senior management ??? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills that will help you in the role: ??? Analysis using SAS, SQL, or Tableau ??? Awareness of fraud loss charge off process and fraud loss accounting ??? Familiarity with financial software such as SAP or PeopleSoft ??? Experience with TSYS and debit/credit account ledger movements Where will you be working?
