Our Project Accountants provide full cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio consisting of 15-16 properties. The successful candidate must be highly organized and able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while meeting department deadlines.Primary responsibilities for each property in assigned portfolio:Produce monthly financial statementsMonthly bank reconciliationsMonthly/quarterly 3rd party reportingMaintain escrow analysesAssistance with budgeting, forecasting and variance reportingCash managementProduce annual audit packages and respond to audit related requestsAccounting background with familiarity in property management and/or volume financial statement preparation highly valued.by Jobble
