Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/As a Senior Project Manager at DePuy Synthes, you will specialize in new product development processes and metrics and will be responsible for all project management aspects of a project. You will be helping lead the project team through all phases of the product development process and collaborating with many cross-functional partners on planning and executing projects or portions of a project from concept through product launch and commercialization. You will also be expected to develop a working understanding of our product lines and various pathologies.\rResponsibilities:

• Collaborates with cross-functional business partners to create and maintain project plans and risk-adjusted timelines.
• Builds, monitors and analyzes project risks and identifies mitigation strategies.
• Handles project communications to all cross-functional project team members and partners, which may include: project websites, meeting minutes, status reports, presentations, and any other detailed project information needed.
• Serves as the point of contact for all internal partners (manufacturing, accounting, purchasing, sterilization, packaging, regulatory, quality, clinical, etc.) regarding project activities.
• Determines the critical path, and identifies and resolves roadblock issues.
• Defines key project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Ensures project plans and deliverables follow appropriate design control procedures and any other applicable procedures and/or regulations.
• Acts as the liaison with R&D group managers or other cross-functional managers as needed to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Knows and follow all laws and policies that apply to the job and maintains the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times. Participates in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or Chief Compliance Officer.
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
