Job Description Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to provide early intervention services in Lebanon County. /n/n This will start out per diem and can build to a full time case load. /nMust have some week day hours available between 9am and 5pm. /n/n Perks: /n/n /n/t - /n/t This is a 1099 Independent contracting position, allowing for greater flexibility. /n/t/n /n/n /n/t - /n/t PTS provides consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders. /n/t/n/t - Early Intervention Academy: We provide the support and community a new Early Intervention therapist needs to feel comfortable and be successful./n /n/n /n/t - /n/t Lending Library: PTS recognizes the additional expense in providing evaluation materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapists to borrow as needed. /n/t/n /n/n Responsibilities: /n/n /n/t - /n/t Follow Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) by providing physical therapy services to children from birth to age 3 as well as consultation with the family/caregivers and other team members to support the child in reaching their specific developmental goals. /n/t/n /n/n /n/t - /n/t Provide services in homes, daycares and other community settings. /n/t/n /n/n /n/t - /n/t Coach families/caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate their engagement and active involvement and transfer skills across settings. /n/t/n /n/n /n/t - /n/t Participate in IFSP and multi-disciplinary team meetings to assist in evaluating student needs/progress and to develop and/or revise individualized therapy interventions, objectives, and goals. /n/t/n /n/n /n/t - /n/t Compile, maintain, and file all required student documentation and reports in compliance with deadlines, HIPPA, and County/State/Federal regulations. /n/t/n /n/n Company Profile: /n/n Each year the number of students receiving related services under Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) changes and grows.
