The position focuses on federal campaign finance compliance and requires attention to detail. Duties include, but are not limited to: Maintaining databases for reporting Performing bank reconciliations Reviewing reports for accuracy Performing basic bookkeeping functions Preparing and filing federal reports Serving as point of contact for clients The position works independently and in a team setting, communicating frequently with clients and building relationships. The salary range for the position is $60,000 to $67,499 for the senior associate position. The salary range for the manager position is $67,500 to $74,499. This position is 100% remote with the ability to come into the DC office as often as desired. This position is a member of collective bargaining unit, represented by 1900 Local IBEW. Requirements: Education and Experience The successful candidate holds a degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience and has at least 2 years’ experience with campaign finance for the senior associate position. For the manager position, at least 3 years’ experience with campaign finance is required. Experience with federal campaign finance compliance is preferred. They should also have experience with relevant tools and software, such as Excel, QuickBooks, and NGP.
