Patient Representative Location: York, PA 17402 Pay rate: up to
$22.00 per hour for well-qualified candidates, based on experience
Work Schedule: Daylight schedule during core hours between 7:30 am
and 5 pm (no weekends or holidays) Travel: Reliable transportation
is required since this position is expected to travel to other
offices in Harrisburg and Lancaster, as needed, valid driver's

the communities we serve. Job Summary In this role, you will be
responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient surgeries
within our healthcare organization. You will work closely with
surgeons, medical staff, and patients to ensure efficient surgical
workflow and timely access to care. Key Responsibilities - Manage
patient appointment scheduling for surgical procedures - Coordinate
with surgeons, nursing staff, and other medical professionals to
schedule surgeries - Communicate with patients to confirm
appointments, provide instructions, and address any questions or
concerns - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to
patient surgical schedules - Assist with the processing of
insurance authorizations and claims as needed - Collaborate with
the broader administrative team to optimize surgical scheduling and
workflow Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent
required- EITHER completion of medical assistant program OR 2 - 4
years' experience in the medical field - At least 2 years of
experience in a healthcare administrative or scheduling role -
Proficiency in using medical scheduling software and electronic
health record (EHR) systems, preferably Epic software experience -
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability
to multitask and prioritize effectively - Strong customer service
orientation and the ability to handle sensitive patient information
with discretion - High school diploma or equivalent; some college
coursework in a related field preferred Working Conditions This
position is based in York, PA, will travel, as needed, to
Harrisburg, PA and Lancaster, PA and will primarily involve sitting
at a computer for extended periods. Compensation and Benefits This
is a permanent, full-time position with a target pay rate of up to
