It's all about doing the right thing-a mission that hasn't changed for more than 100 years. -The Role-We are seeking a Manager to join our Digital Marketing Acquisition Analytics team in Wilmington, New York, Chicago or Baltimore. This individual will focus on analyzing digital marketing channel performance to optimize acquisition volume and cost. Prospects approach OneMain through multiple channels and understanding that overlap is critical in effective marginal cost analysis. The Manager will need to work closely with marketing channel owners, such as Email, Affiliates, and SEM, while having a full understanding of the digital acquisition channels (Affiliates, Branded/Non-Branded Search, SEO, Display, Social, etc.).This role requires expertise in marketing analytics and understanding of omni-channel customer experience, an analytical mindset, and the ability to analyze data from multiple disparate sources as an advanced user of data query tools.A successful candidate will expand their competencies and grow their business and industry acumen and demonstrate the ability to work on complex processes and projects across the end-to-end project cycle. They will gain knowledge to suggest new answers to old questions, develop insights and push the traditional boundaries of our existing digital experience. In addition, this candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to partner with the leadership team and develop solutions that are executable and meaningful in practice. --Key Responsibilities-

  • Support building OneMain's acquisition strategy by developing hypotheses on opportunities to maximize leads, conversion, booked rates via digital channels-
  • Develop analytical tools and frameworks to drive test design and post-test analytics, supported by statistical significance calculations, KPI dashboards and data visualization tools-
  • Drive implementation and measurement of performance of new strategies-
  • Partner with the marketing, marketing execution, technology and operations teams to execute new tests, tools and programs-
  • Partner with marketing and finance partners to own individual channel budgets. Optimize those budgets throughout the year based on channel-based NPV segmentations and constantly look for means to reduce our cost per acquisition.-
  • Independently complete analyses, draw conclusions, presents results to various levels of leaders and influence business/strategy decisions--Qualifications-
    • Bachelor's Degree (Graduate a plus) in a quantitative discipline, such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics or Computer Science; Master's preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in complex, data-driven problem solving. 3+ within focused on marketing and/or customer analytics; Master's or PHD degrees may offset experience-
    • Digital channel analytical skills in some or all of the following channels: email, affiliates, SEM, SEO, Display is a strong plus-
    • Advanced SAS / SQL and Excel skills required; experience with Python preferable to perform data aggregation, segmentation, and reporting.-
    • Experience leveraging data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Looker (Looker preferred)-
    • Innovative and capable of developing a highly analytical approach to solving problems-
