We're seeking a wildly creative, brand voice driven, natural storyteller, writer to join our growing team. As part of our experience practice, our writers are an integral part of how ideas come to life and make a tangible impact on our client's business. Our teams work together, hand-in-hand with each discipline - openly sharing ideas, critiquing solutions and driving each other to make the work better.

Daily interactions can range from social media campaigns to eBooks, white papers, content plans and websites. You know how to bring together brand voice and customer insights to tell a compelling, ongoing story - moving customers through a purchase funnel by tapping into the unique ways that the brand can fulfill the customers' needs through thoughtfully designed experiences.

You'll have the opportunity to solidify hard skills, hone soft skills, and test out leadership and growing talent in safe spaces. Regular team interactions and client interactions should be expected - solid presentation skills and a desire to present and own the work is a must.

The role requires
Own the creative deliverables and quality of work product
Experience with writing for multiple channels and mediums while maintaining a consistent brand voice
Experience writing for demand generation, call to action focused work aimed at driving customer behavior
Using customer insights and artifacts like experience maps, journeys and personas to drive design decisions.
Experience working with brand/copy/style guidelines
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams (motion, interaction, UX research, engineering, -strategy) on project creation and execution
Working knowledge of a variety of content management systems and how to create effective content within their constraints.
The ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team
Communicating clearly and constructively with clients, team members and leadership

5-8 years of experience in copywriting, journalism or content marketing either client-side or at company with similar service offerings (consulting, digital products, advertising)
Great oral, written communication, and presentation skills
Insanely strong attention to detail and highly organized
College degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, design, etc.
A portfolio of impressive work - one that balances storytelling and brand voice with action-orientated copy that drives real engagement

This role is completely remote but will require travel to client locations (when safe, post COVID-19).
