Job Description:

The Project and Campaign Delivery team (PCD) manages marketing campaigns that deliver communications to prospective customers and existing credit card customers. This position sits within the Chief Administrative Office organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Responsibilities:

As an Onboarding Facilitator, you will be responsible for the creation and development of multiple training programs for the Card organization. You will study the current processes, develop and implement a consistent training protocol for multiple roles within Card, all with the goal of delivering a uniform onboarding experience for both internal and external new hires. Primary duties of the Onboarding Facilitator include defining an effective learning and presentation methodology, developing education tools and resources, creating solution and/or program design, supporting program and solution application, as well as addressing and implementing feedback.

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years experience in marketing, project management or performing instructional design, development, analysis, and related tasks

+ Proficient in MS Office, Jira or equivalent

+ Quickly learn and deliver unfamiliar topics with minimal preparation time to meet business needs

+ Ability to become an expert in Coaching and counsel trainees on performance

+ Possess an advanced ability to assess whether trainee will meet standards to successfully complete the training programs

+ Partner with business clients to address performance concerns and ensure consistent communication
