We are currently seeking an Analytics Reporting Manager to join our team in Wilmington, DE. This role will have the exciting opportunity to learn and drive significant business results by building and presenting advanced reports that inform critical business decisions for our Operations teams. This position will focus on developing custom reports and enhancing recurring reports based on relationships with key centralized and analytics leaders. Key areas that will be impacted include: trend reports, loss mitigation, collections strategies, production metrics and geo/heat maps.In the RoleThe successful candidate will expand their competencies and grow their business and industry acumen, as well as demonstrate the ability to work on complex processes or projects across the end-to-end project cycle. They will gain knowledge to suggest new answers to old questions and continue experimenting with new technology to find better ways to provide information delivery throughout the company. In addition, this candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to partner with the leadership team and develop solutions that are executable and meaningful in practice. Responsibilities

• Responsible for production of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for both collection and originations. Use advanced skills with data query tools (i.e. Python, SQL/Snowflake) and reporting and visualization software (Power BI, Qlik, etc.) to develop and present advanced reports
• Autonomously draw conclusions and make recommendations for developing or modifying existing strategies or processes based on findings of the reports
• Present results to various levels of leaders and influence business / strategy decisions
• Working closely with various internal business units to develop and prepare timely and accurate reporting and analysis
• Create and maintain ongoing performance management routines with senior operations leaders
• Provide support/expertise to business units related to existing/new reporting requests
• Analyzing results of operations and performance based on environmental factors and changing business conditions
• Actively look for ways to improve upon existing reporting/processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency to reporting and processes
• Understand the data environment to appropriately prioritize and set expectations for key reporting, and analytical prioritiesQualifications
  Bachelor's Degree (Graduate a plus) in a quantitative discipline, such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience building advanced analytical reports. Master's or PHD degrees may offset experience.
  • Lending or consumer finance industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in analytical programming languages tools (e.g., Python, Databricks and SQL) is required
  • Advanced experience with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI), and developing heat/geo maps
  • Base SAS skills preferred
