Job Description:

Work Schedule: 7P-7A Alternating days Crew works rotating shifts and every other weekend. Supervisors work 12-hours, 4 days per week. • Establish work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability • Incorporate a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through Continuous Improvement • Direct, train and develop maintenance team members for assigned area/shift and work orders • Using problems solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues • Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principals • Identify, implement and document maintenance and reliability best practices Skills: Must be able to work on multiple shifts (including weekends) with some 12 hour days.
