Enterprise, LLC (One Kare), a longstanding DC-based groundskeeping
and landscape maintenance firm, is hiring a Field Supervisor to
supervise daily landscaping and grounds maintenance operations and
ensure safe, high-quality execution in the field. The Field
Supervisor will coordinate daily assignments, verify completed
work, and serve as the on-site lead for productivity, safety, and
client expectations. Minimum Qualifications Experience: Minimum of
2 years of practical experience supervising grounds maintenance and
landscaping services similar in nature, scope, and complexity to
the required services. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily field
operations for mowing, trimming/edging, litter pickup, bed
maintenance, pruning, and related tasks. Conduct tailgate briefings
and enforce safety requirements and proper equipment operation.
Ensure work follows site-specific instructions and One Kare
standards for workmanship, appearance, and site cleanliness.
Monitor quality and correct deficiencies in real time; document
completed work and any service exceptions. Report site conditions,
access constraints, safety concerns, and urgent needs to the senior
manager Support training, coaching, and performance management for
field staff.
