Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment Diagnose issues and implement repair solutions for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems Ensure adherence to quality standards and health regulations Record maintenance and repair activities and provide detailed reports when required Respond to emergency maintenance requests as necessary Coordinate with contractors and other external service providers Maintain inventory of repair supplies and equipment Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals and blueprints Proficiency in using hand and power tools Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in confined spaces Excellent problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Preferred: HVAC or Electrical Certification OSHA Safety Training Certification
