Job Description Job Description BAM'S Landscaping & Lawn Care is currently seeking a Turfgrass Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Calibration of equipment. Continuing education/training. Pesticide/fertilizer applications. Soil test taking. Light administrative tasks (i.e record keeping). Turf diagnosing. Use of a smartphone and other related tasks. Qualifications: We are seeking a problem-solver and a DOER that can make our lawns the best on the block! Must strive for quality, have great communication skills, and be a team player. Certification is not a requirement (we can train) BUT we will give preference to applicants who have it (MDA Applicators license 3C & Fertilizer License). You can operate under our Business Applicator's License and expedite your training to get your own license! At least 3 years in the field or similar industry w/ knowledge of turfgrass management. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a drug test. Competitive wages. Opportunities for advancement possible based on experience and work ethic.
