Job Description:
Coast and Harbor Associates, Inc. (Coast and Harbor) assists
public, private, and institutional owners and users of real estate
to manage the design and construction of their projects. We have
over 30 years’ experience and a $2.75 billion portfolio. Coast and
Harbor is currently looking for qualified candidates to provide
on-site construction quality assurance on data center projects in
Northern Virginia. Required Qualifications: Experience as
superintendent, Clerk of the Works, or construction inspector on
projects with large, sophisticated MEP systems Experience reviewing
requisitions for payment Experience reviewing construction
schedules Ability to proactively identify construction issues and
developing recommended responses Preparing daily reports
Proficiency with project management software such as Procore and
e-Builder Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on data
center projects Current residence in Northern Virginia
