CareersUSA, a leader in the staffing industry with over 41 years of experience, has another job opportunity for you: Our Client is seeking a Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer. These are direct hire positions to work directly for our client while earning an hourly pay. Seeking two full-time trainers to work in Exton and West Chester. The work schedule will consist of morning, afternoon and evening classes with a set amount of classes taught per day. Classes may be held anywhere from 5:00 AM to the last class ending at 7:30 PM. Job Description:

• Lead intense group training sessions while also motivating its members
• Teach or create custom and/or pre-designed intense workouts to members of all fitness levels
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
• Create a positive and inviting environment
• Build and maintain highly engaged member base
• Ensure safety of participants in regards to exercise techniques
• Hold one on one meetings with members to discuss their goals and to help motivate them
• Address and resolve member concerns when applicable
• Use Social Media daily to keep members engaged Job Requirements:Requirements:
  • Must be an experienced Personal Trainer
  • Must hold a current fitness certification from an NCCA accredited institution such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA or NFPT OR a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science -
  • Must be CPR/AED certified
  • Must be able to pass a strength and conditioning assessment
  • Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanics
  • Must have a desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
  • Customer service savvy with excellent communication skills
  • Exhibit a very positive attitude and ability to be motivating
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Must be dependable, reliable and enjoy interacting with people
  • Possess a high level of understanding of social media
