Job Description:

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking an Education Consultant to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of individuals and the community. This hybrid position supports the operations in Wilmington, DE.

The Education Consultant will serve as a positive role model to train and educate staff to become successful team members who encompass Keystone's mission, vision and values. This individual will be the primary contact for employees regarding education and will coordinate, implement and document all employee educational programs within their assigned region

The Work -
--- Develops, maintains, and distributes a course listing of educational opportunities, including opportunities within and outside the organization
--- Tracks and maintains all training documentation and supplies
--- Issues education reports and records as necessary
--- Processes and submits education records and registrations to all external providers as required
--- Distributes education certificates as applicable
--- Collaborates with team to identify educational needs, develop educational programs and evaluate program effectiveness
--- Coordinates, schedules, and presents educational material and trainings as necessary, including new employee orientation
--- Organizes, logs and maintains all provisions of educational programs (i.e. equipment, locations, sign-in sheets, evaluation forms and instructional materials)
--- Prepares and distributes educational aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids
--- Participates in conferences, workshops and seminars on a regular basis to increase knowledge base
--- Maintains licensures and certificates in designated areas of expertise as well as required areas
--- Ensures quality educational experiences and employee satisfaction
--- Maintains a thorough knowledge of all personnel, division, organization and regulatory policies and procedures
--- Adheres to all licensing, federal, state and local regulations as well as health and safety policies
--- Prepares and distributes compliance tracking reports on a monthly basis.
--- Monitors and assists in preparing and administering educational activities to ensure compliance
--- Actively participates in licensing inspections involving education and training as required, including training file audits
--- Maintains confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA

The Requirements -
--- High School Diploma or equivalent and three years of related experience in the adult education field OR Associate's degree and two years of related experience in the adult education field

--- Possess a broad knowledge of the human services field in areas such as developmental disabilities, licensing regulations, business administration and personnel management
--- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information
--- Ability to learn and apply intermediate computer skills
--- Ability to successfully complete required Medication Administration, First Aid and CPR certifications and other trainings mandated by regulation within specified timeframes
--- Valid driver's license and, depending on work location, may be required to have daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle
