is for paraprofessionals with experience supporting students with
severe behavioral and intensive safety needs in a structured
educational setting. The role involves working closely with
children in grades K8 who exhibit high-intensity behaviors,
including aggression and self-injury, within a therapeutic
behavioral framework. Location & Schedule: Position based in
Levittown, PA, with the expectation of residing within 35 minutes
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per
week Mandatory orientation sessions every other week from 8:30 AM
to 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Implement ABA interventions and
safety protocols to support students with autism and severe
behavioral challenges Engage in a highly structured setting
requiring consistent behavior management and safety intervention
techniques Collaborate with educational and therapeutic teams to
facilitate individualized student support Qualifications: Minimum
one year of ABA paraprofessional experience working with severe
behavioral needs is required Proven experience with students on the
autism spectrum Completion or ongoing pursuit of appropriate
credentialing, including at least one of the following: 48 college
credits Associate degree or higher Child Development Associate
(CDA) Credential of Competency Candidates not yet credentialed must
complete a seven-module paraprofessional training within 60 days of
onboarding Ability to provide one supervisor reference specific to
paraprofessional work Demonstrated comfort working within a
high-intensity behavioral environment Reside within a 35-minute
commute to the assignment location Application Process:Interested
