Job Description Job Description We're hiring a Business Controller! This strategic role will drive financial planning, performance management, and data?driven decision?making across the organization. We’re looking for a proactive, self?motivated detail oriented who can independently analyze complex financial and operational data, present clear insights, and develop actionable recommendations in partnership with executive leadership. The ideal candidate has strong experience in large capital projects and industrial operations, and thrives in a collaborative environment working with cross?functional teams and international colleagues to deliver meaningful business impact.• Proven expertise in financial analysis and reporting within industrial or large-scale project environments. • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and compliance procedures. • Demonstrated ability to prepare business review documents and financial statements with precision. • Experience in calculating and analyzing percentage of completion (PoC) for projects. • Proficiency in driving cost control and margin improvement initiatives. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams. • Advanced project management skills to oversee complex financial operations. • Self-motivated and capable of independently analyzing data to provide actionable insights.
