Kleinfelder is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to join our growing team in the Mid-Atlantic Region. The project work will be multi-disciplinary in nature relating to energy infrastructure design and construction. Skills and Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to organize priorities and multi-task effectively, along with a thirst to learn and achieve continuous improvement in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset is essential.
• Ability to learn and implement the basic design components of the delivery of a civil engineering / land development document package. Duties will include civil engineering design and support in the following areas:
  • Pad Layout / Site Grading / Storm Drainage / Road Alignment
  • Erosion and Sediment Control
  • Stormwater Best Management Practices
  • Slope Restoration Plans
  • Pipeline Alignment
  • Horizontal Directional Drilling
  • Variety of Civil 3D Plans
  • Various municipality and state permit package preparations Position Requirements:
    • Zero to three (0-3) years of experience in civil engineering / land development
    • B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution or acceptable equivalent
    • Fundamentals in Engineering (EIT) registration preferred
    • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D
