Location: West Chester, PA (Onsite)(Zeks Compressed Airs - 1302 Goshen Pkwy. West Chester, PA 19380)
Shift: 1st Shift (6am - 230pm) - will work every other month Rotational shift (5am - 430pm)

Job Overview:
Lubricate machinery, change parts, or perform other routine machinery maintenance. Actively involved in preventive maintenance program to achieve machine goals.

Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC machinery, electrical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work.
Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems. Set up and operate machines, and adjust controls to regulate operations.
Inspect or test damaged machine parts, and mark defective areas or advise supervisors of repair needs. Transport machine parts, tools, equipment, and other material between work areas and storage, using cranes, hoists, or dollies. Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information.
Lubricate or apply adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment, according to specified procedures. Clean machines and machine parts, using cleaning solvents, cloths, air guns, hoses, vacuums, or other equipment.
Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications.
Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists.
Read work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance. Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in Maintenance Technician.
Blueprint Reading

Core Competencies:
Demonstrated experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance including motors, controls, power supplies, AC/DC theory, power distribution, PLC's, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission and pumps
Demonstrated ability to follow all established safe work procedures including, but not limited to personal protection equipment, lockout/tag-out requirements and electrical safety
Read and interpret blueprints, technical parts manuals such as electrical and mechanical diagrams, and ability to effectively use and read gages, meters, calipers and other measuring tools
Effective and safe use of all required tools including, but not limited to, drills, saws, torches, welders, cranes & hoists, forklifts and other maintenance equipment
Read and follow Ladder Logic diagrams.
Team oriented, must have the ability to work cohesively with others.
Must possess ability to work well in a manufacturing environment.
Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.

Preferences:
3+ years of experience in a CNC machine maintenance.
Familiar with and ability to utilize all hand tools including wrenches, sockets, hammers, tape measures, crimpers, cutters, and steel banding.
Basic mechanical aptitude to use equipment and maintain general understanding of business process.
Familiar with and can utilize power tools.
Knowledgeable of and able to utilize computer systems.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
This position will be based at our site in West Chester, PA no travel.
