Job DescriptionSelectek is seeking a Fire Protection Engineer on a contract-to-direct hire basis. Our partnering company, located in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking candidates with institutional and industrial project experience.Employment Type: Contract-to-DirectExpected Pay Range: $40 - $58 per hour before conversion, based on experienceLocation: Baltimore, MDJob Requirements:

• BS Fire Protection Engineering
• EIT or PE and NCEES registration
• 6 plus years of experience with Fire Protection and Life Safety
• Experience in Revit and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of International Building Codes (IBC) and Life Safety CodeIn addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client's request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.Job Details: Candidates in this role will oversee and produce designs for fire protection systems in large-scale industrial and municipal projects.
