skilled Senior Development Engineer to join our innovative
engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in
developing and refining technologies that enhance our offerings in
power, natural gas, renewable energy, and energy management. This
position calls for a dedicated individual who is adept at
problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles,
especially within the energy sector, poised to drive our mission of
sustainable and efficient energy solutions. Lead cross-functional
project teams to design, develop, and optimize new technologies and
processes in the energy sector. Collaborate with internal and
external stakeholders to ensure project aligns with strategic
objectives. Perform technical reviews and risk assessments to
ensure the integrity and viability of new developments. Stay
updated with the latest industry trends and advancements,
integrating innovative solutions into development projects. Mentor
junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement and technical excellence. Prepare and
present detailed project reports and findings to senior management
and key stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in software pertinent to energy engineering (e.g.,
MATLAB, AutoCAD) Excellent communication and team collaboration
skills Able to manage complex projects under strict timelines Deep
understanding of renewable energy systems and energy efficiency
technologies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification desired
LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) or similar certifications
