Job Description:

seeking a proactive and experienced Manager of Engineering to lead
our diverse teams in driving efficiency and excellence throughout
our extensive energy projects. This position is pivotal in
implementing cutting-edge technologies and practices that align
with our commitment to renewable energy and environmental
sustainability. Developing and leading engineering strategies
across various energy projects. Managing and overseeing a team of
engineers and related staff, providing mentorship and promoting
professional growth. Ensuring compliance with industry standards,
safety regulations, and environmental laws. Collaborating with
other department leaders to align engineering projects with broader
company goals. Optimizing resource allocation and project scopes to
enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Driving innovation in
energy generation and distribution to bolster sustainability
efforts. Strong leadership and organizational skills Expertise in
project management and execution Proficiency in renewable energy
technologies and engineering principles Excellent problem-solving
and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and
projects simultaneously Effective communication and interpersonal
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification a plus
