Job Description Job Description Our client, a custom Machine Shop is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Machining Dept.The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, good attitude and a strong CNC Machining background which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: CNC Machinist- CNC Horizontal boring bars (Doosan, G&L Floor Bar) Location: Green Bay, WI Pay Range: $35-47/hour 3/hour shift premium What’s the Job? Set up, program, and operate CNC machines with precision. Perform complex milling, boring, drilling, and tapping on a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Manage tooling setups and replace worn or damaged cutting tools as needed. Handle part setup and in-process inspections directly at your machining center. Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth planning and execution of projects. What’s Needed? Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (preferred).
