Job Description Job Description Mechatronics Technician's Needed in Mt. Juliet, TN! Job Description As a Mechatronics Technician, you will be an integral part of the Operations Maintenance team, tasked with repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in mentoring junior technicians to help them grow in their roles. Responsibilities Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Pneumatic Systems. Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Mentor junior technicians and supervise maintenance activities. Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Engage in risk management and preventative maintenance planning. Essential Skills 2 years of experience in conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. 2 years of experience in repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment. 2 years of experience in reading blueprints and electrical schematics. 1 years of experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE). 1 years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. High school or equivalent diploma. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in maintenance management, preventative maintenance planning, and conveyor maintenance. Knowledge in automation and control systems. Skills in data analysis and project management. Six Sigma certification. Capability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
