We’re looking for a skilled full-time HVAC Installer & Service Technician to join our field operations and support both installations and service calls. This role is ideal for a well-rounded HVAC professional who takes pride in clean installs, accurate diagnostics, and providing a great customer experience. Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems Perform equipment change-outs and full system installations Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Respond to service calls and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues Participate in an on-call rotation one week per month for after-hours service calls Follow all manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Communicate clearly with homeowners, dispatch, and team members Represent Region Home Services professionally at all times Requirements 2 years of residential HVAC installation and/or service experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record EPA Certification (required) Own basic hand tools Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, basements, and confined spaces Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities On-call pay and service incentives Consistent full-time hours Opportunities for advancement and long-term growth Professional, respectful work environment — no drama, no micromanaging Who This Role Is For Experienced HVAC installers ready for a stable full-time position Technicians who enjoy a mix of installs and service work HVAC professionals looking for a long-term home with a growing company
