Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading Hardware development
teams of 5 - 20 engineers through the hardware development process
of digital subsystems. • Acting as technical liaison between
Engineering & Technology leadership and Program Management to align
resources, staffing and milestone planning. • Facilitating weekly
IPT status meetings and ensuring transparent communication among
engineering, technology, program management and customer
stakeholders. • Delivering clear, concise oral and written updates
to leadership, customers and cross functional teams. • Overseeing
subsystem development, build and test activities to meet schedule,
performance and quality requirements. • Experience fostering close
working relationships with associate IPT Leads, functional

work. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant
engineering discipline • 5 Years of Professional Experience • 2
Years in a technical leadership role • Proven ability to contribute
to hardware design work • Proven hardware development experience
from concept to sustainment • CAM or WPM experience Desired skills
• Experience in leading or presenting at technical reviews and
boards is desired. • Prior experience with digital module or
subsystem development is highly desired. • Experience in planning
and leading technical solutions from proposal through all aspects
of development. This includes SRR, PDR, CDR, Qualification, System
Verification & Test, FCA, and transition to production. • Working
knowledge of dealing with subcontractors and subcontract technical

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance Information This
position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US
Citizen for consideration. National Pay Statement The base range
for this position in New Jersey is $91,000 - $181,113. Benefits

and Holidays. The wage range and benefits summary is a general
