tomorrow. As a Solar Installer on the Residential team, you will
play a critical role in our solar operations. Your responsibilities
will include installing and commissioning energy systems, resolving
equipment issues, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and
codes, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. This versatile
role is instrumental in enhancing processes and supporting the
overall efficiency and effectiveness of our solar installations. In
this role, you'll get to: - Load and unload materials at the
warehouse, ensuring you have all necessary materials for each job -

materials are present and organized, while maintaining a clean and
orderly work environment - Install and commission energy systems on
roofs, including array layout and mounting hardware, tailored to
site conditions and customers’ needs and expectations - Adhere to
building standards and codes when installing panels and support
structures - Address and resolve equipment issues and failures
onsite efficiently - Perform routine maintenance on energy systems
to ensure optimal performance - Utilize your knowledge to enhance
processes and proactively review the quality of workmanship onsite
- Work closely with team members and communicate job status to
management effectively - Ensure all equipment is properly
weather-sealed to maintain system integrity - Keep company vehicles
well-maintained, fully stocked, and properly serviced - Follow all
safety regulations and policies to ensure a safe working
environment - Perform other related duties as assigned to support
overall project success On your first day, we'll expect you to
have: - At least 1 year of hands-on experience in solar
installation or a related field such as construction, roofing, or
electrical work - Capability to climb ladders, work on sloped roofs
in all weather conditions, and stand for extended periods -
Proficiency in safely handling power and hand tools, as well as
materials such as ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards,
batteries, lumber, and roofing materials - Experience with roofing
repairs and maintenance is a plus - Experience and comfort working
in attics and confined spaces - Ability to lift 75 pounds
repeatedly - Must be proficient in the use of smartphones and
tablets, utilizing them effectively for communication, accessing
job-related apps and software, documenting work progress, and
staying connected with team members and supervisors as required -
Proven track record of reliable attendance - Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Dedication to maintaining the highest safety standards on
every job - Position requires passing a drug screening and
background check - A valid driver’s license is required for all
