Job Description:This role is responsible for managing Servicing Communications. The individual will work with lines of business to determine communication strategies, manage budgets, write communications, gain approvals and execute on production. They will need to leverage the brand guidelines, the servicing communication guidelines and market research to influence their communication approach. At times through the approval process, they'll need to provide to support for their communication and negotiate changes. They will work with various channel partners to execute the communications. - QUALIFICATIONS--- Bachelor's degree--- -Ability to write clear and concise communications across multiple channels (written, digital, statements, etc)--- Innovator/creative thinker. -Will need to develop and maintain effective partnerships with LOB and channel teams.---Ability to effectively lead cross functional teams with both direct and indirect ownership---Demonstrated ability to influence - ---- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly re-prioritize campaigns or offer inventory as performance metrics and channel objectives warrant ---- Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of an organization, regardless of direct authority; track record of working closely with senior executive leadership--- Must have superior attention to detail and excellent judgment skills. ---- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively to manage multiple due dates with fluctuating work volumes while meeting business expectations. ---- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in communicating with all levels of management and business partners. ----Critical thinker and strong organizational skills--- Ability to identify and escalate concerns/issues with a sense of urgency. ---- Builds partnerships and collaborates across teamsJob Band:H5Shift: -1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:This role is responsible for managing Servicing Communications.
