It takes a big group of people with a broad range of skills to do this well, and we need to keep all those people aligned, connected, and passionate about our work.This position - Senior Manager, Strategy - will play a key role in enhancing the organization 's governance of cybersecurity risk by coordinating executive-level processes responsible for overseeing and managing cybersecurity risk. - As part of the second line of defense, you will collaborate closely with associates in Cyber, Technology, the Lines of Business, and other risk management offices to perform and support evaluations of the firm 's cybersecurity strategy and priorities and offer independent advice and recommendations regarding ways to further mature the firm 's cyber and risk management posture and cyber risk policies. - In addition, you will contribute to the identification and analysis of new or emerging cybersecurity and technology risks to the enterprise.As a member of a growing organization, you will have the opportunity to shape and further refine your portfolio commensurate with the priorities of the organization and the firm. - The position affords opportunities for substantial growth. • As part of a team, manage processes to provide independent oversight and effective challenge of the firm 's cybersecurity priorities.
• Ensure effective governance by identifying risk topics to be discussed by senior management in enterprise cyber risk forums.
• Draft agendas, manage action items, and coordinate with stakeholders to develop materials to support senior management discussions.
• Assist in the development and management of new cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures.
• Stay current on emerging cyber threats and potential implications to the firm.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders across multiple organizations to achieve strategic objectives.
• Coordinate program-related activities and deliverables to ensure effective collaboration within the team and across stakeholder groups.Basic Qualifications:
  • A bachelor 's degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • At least 4 years of experience developing presentation and decision-making materials for senior level audiences
  • At least 4 years of experience managing, consulting, auditing, or working in the fields of information security, technology, or risk management
  • At least 2 years of experience developing, evaluating, or implementing cybersecurity or technology governance structures
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in fields such as strategic planning, information technology, information security, cyber, cyber engineering, or consulting
  • At least 1 year of experience with cybersecurity or technology policies and with the policy making processesPreferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with analyses of emerging threats and reports that describe the implications of threat(s) and opportunities to executives or senior decision-makers
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across levels of leadership
    • Passion and expertise in cybersecurity, with an ability to be confident, respectful, and articulate when registering dissenting or unpopular opinions
    • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining superior results
    • Ability to work cross-functionally, individually, and to lead work among a team
    • Execution oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
