ROLE DESCRIPTION:The Director, Digital Product Management is charged with helping drive the digital product strategy, while partnering with a cross functional team across IT, Business Intelligence, Commercial & Apparel. Partnering closely with User Experience and Business Intelligence to understand customer (Brands, Retailers & Mills) needs and deliver a robust integrated user experience that will improve engagement and conversion objectives on .com with the overarching goals of driving significant business results in protecting our brands, while continuing to drive growth in our business with new brands. The incumbent advises and helps execute the product vision of .com, owns the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned features and executes a prioritized product roadmap based on a strong understanding of customer needs, insight and in-depth data analysis. MAJOR JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Accountability%Time

  • Translate global product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization into a series of deliverables, and coordinate and manage these deliverables with the business to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure product vision and strategy is focused on (1) country unique needs, (2) enhancing overall user experience, (3) conversion of brands and retailers to purchase from mills, and (4) support all relevant device types to scale and ensure current resources across digital can manage and maintain.
  • Stay at the forefront and identify 3rd party technologies and services to help shape the product strategy direction.
  • Successfully define product strategy, roadmap and corresponding execution approach through economic analysis demonstrating ROI for the business. Execute projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure the roadmap accurately depicts timelines that are realistic and reasonable to accurately determine launch timeframes including features and goals (ie. traffic growth, conversion, performance improvements, etc).
  • · Lead team and stakeholders in writing requirements, epics, and user stories to execute the product roadmap, including fixes and enhancements.
  • Create and conduct ad-hoc and ongoing testing of all products in relation to improving the customer experience and ROI for the business.
  • Lead and enable the appropriate approaches on all projects with regards to agile and waterfall while managing simultaneous and sequenced priorities.
  • Recruit and manage a team of product owners, and demonstrate strong coaching, and talent management skills. 100 JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:
    • 10+ years of Product Management & Project Management in Omni channel / Digital Shelf / Ecommerce.
    • Experience leading a team that has demonstrated innovation and management in digital products at the enterprise level.
    • Ideally an MBA / MA in the area(s) of Finance, Exconomics, Marketing, Computer Science, or Technology, with sufficient work experience.
    • Salesforce.com and SAP experience a definite plus.
    • Results, data driven and analytics skills.
    • Experience with Objectives and Key Results, Hypothesis and Experimentation.
    • PMI certification and Six Sigma black belt preferred.
    • Ability to communicate succinctly (verbal and presentation) at all levels in the company.
    • Mobile and desktop balanced mindset.
    • A strong problem-solver with excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision making skills.
    • Experience with Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and related tools.
