Frontage Laboratories:Frontage Laboratories Inc. (Frontage), is a global contract research organization with broad expertise in supporting pre-clinical and clinical drug development. Frontage operates out of several different locations within the USA, Canada, and China. Frontage's core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.BioAnalytical:At Frontage, we believe that we deliver high quality services through our focus on technical excellence, which enables us to understand and solve complex drug development challenges. Our deep scientific expertise in method development, transfer and validation allows us to provide clients with complex solutions for challenging studies including oncology clinical trials, rare disease assay development and specialty assays.Position Summary:Assist the Executive Director on the daily operations, manage the overall planning, execution, and quality of assigned projects within the Bioanalytical group on daily basis to ensure the quality, timeline and deliverables are met. As the technical leader support the business development, and interaction with the clients on the technical discussion.Responsibilities:* Prepare and review/approve detailed project plans, technical reports, SOP's, and other relevant lab documentation.* Estimate resource requirements and project timelines for technical projects and assigned project responsibilities.* Coordinate communication and interact with clients to solve any technical issues.* Prepare and review/approve lab documentation, technical reports, SOPs, and deviations.* Provide strong technical support to the team on different assay formats. Ability to trouble-shoot and solve technical issues.* Provide technical support to Frontage BioA Labs in China when needed.* Support Business Development including reviewing proposals and meeting with new clients.* Lead method development group or dedicated scientists and solve the potential technical issues ensuring the method robustness and ruggedness.* Other duties as assigned.Requirements:* Ph.D. Degree with 5+ years of industrial experience, MS Degree with 8+ years or BS Degree with 12+ years* Solid knowledge and technical background in the bioanalytical field* Hands-on experience in LC-MS and/or ICP-MS method development.* Strong experience and knowledge of method validation and sample testing in support of clinical regulated and GLP studies* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and project management skills.* Advanced leadership skills and lab operation acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the organization and functional areas.* PhD degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline, or Master Degree with relevant experienceFrontage Laboratories Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
