Job Description:

*Essential Responsibilities:
Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on
overall system, and coordinates recording of modifications for
management control: Confers with internal teams or customer
representatives to establish change-reporting procedure, and
prepares directives for change authorization and documentation by
company and subcontractor personnel
Analyzes proposed part-design changes and exhibits to prepare
report of effect on overall product for management action, using
knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, and procurement
activities
Confers with department managers to obtain additional information
or to interpret policies and procedures for reporting changes in
product design
Audits subcontractor's inspection or technical documents
preparation procedure to verify compliance with contract
requirements
Coordinates activities of personnel preparing manual or automated
records of part-design change documents and first-article
configuration inspection
Properly records activities, communications, and timelines to
ensure compliance and timely delivery
Provides or participates in communications with team members and
customers on a regular basis
Associate
Entry-Level position within field
Conducts routine tasks as directed
Contributes to specific objectives and outcomes as directed
Closely supervised with little latitude for independent
judgment
Works under clearly defined guidelines
Intermediate
Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within
discipline
Conducts tasks and assignments as directed
Contributes to team objectives and outcomes as guided
Moderate supervision with some latitude for independent
judgment
Limited problem-solving responsibility while working under defined
guidelines
Senior
Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline
May assist less-experienced peers
Conducts complex work important to the organization
Qualifications:
Must be able to access shared database with government programs and
access all areas of the facilities (U.S. Citizen or Permanent
Resident of the U.S.)
Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field of study
Associate Level Experience is 0-3 years; Intermediate level is 4- 5
years of experience; Senior level is 6- 9 years of experience;
Advanced level is 10+ years of experience
Proficient with word processing software; statistical analysis
software (SPC); graphics software; order processing software, and
database software
Demonstrated, effective communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize work
