Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Supervising all Kitchen Staff* Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation* Optimizing profits by controlling food cost, production, waste, and labor * Conduct inventory and ordering* Training and developing all kitchen team members * Upholds all company standards and procedures by ensuring Uncompromising Food Quality, speed of service, and food preparation is always flawless* Open to learn the front of the house position
