About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager
for Merchant Services. This role will be primarily responsible for
the strategy and roadmap execution for payment gateway and
commercial and corporate payment solutions. Learn more about the

- Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing
programs for new Merchant Services products or enhancements
- Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis
for major Merchant Services and Payments products and services
- Review and analyze complex major product lines and
services
- Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's
technology process work of low to moderate complexity
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of
global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new
initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum
masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and
achieve project goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced
staff Required Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic
planning, process management, change delivery experience, or
equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the
following: work experience, training, military experience,
education Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in merchant services electronic payments or
payment card industry.
- Experience with payment processing, payment gateways,
terminals, tokenization solutions, or virtual terminal products
preferred.
- 5+ years experience in Financial Services.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and
work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Proficiency in building presentations and communications, with
ability to simplify the complex
- Demonstrated initiative or project delivery experience with an
emphasis on meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated track record of working effectively in a team
environment, across all organizational levels, and building
superior partnerships with a broad set of partners
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
