Smoker Door Sales is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations including sales, installation, service, dispatch, warehouse and office functions including finance and personnel. The General Manager will provide hands-on leadership to the team of about 25 employees. Working closely with the company founder, this position will be responsible for company growth and success. The ideal candidate will fully align with and strengthen the Smoker Door mission, vision, and values as we continue to be "more than a door" to everyone we meet! The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring optimal processes and procedures are utilized to gain operational efficiencies. In addition, the General Manager will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding customer service. The ability to foster cohesive and productive teams and develop people is essential to the General Manager role.



General Manager position qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience providing successful leadership to a team
General business operations experience and financial acumen, including budgets, analysis and planning
Track record of promoting and strengthening company culture and core values
Proficiency with technology (MS Office, especially Excel), required; ERP, a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in service-oriented construction trades, or related industry, a plus
Demonstrated community involvement, a plus
