Applicant must possess the ability to interact with customers and build rapport quickly, be persuasive and convincing and have at least -3 years of Automobile Sales experience. We will train a qualified candidate. We have inventory unlike many of our competitors. Our business has never slowed down and continues to grow. Responsibilities:* Assist in mentoring and training Salespeople*Assist with Closing deals structured by Desking Managers*Follow processes to ensure 1000% customer satisfaction*Attend meetings as required*Assist in trade appraisals*Take T.O.s from Salespeople and turn customers from shoppers to buyers*Maintain a positive and professional attitudePlease apply today.Job Type: Full-timeQualifications:Previous experience in the automotive industry -minimum 3 years required
