BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Manager. This position leads field staff on client service, clinical excellence, quality and adherence to policies and procedures. This position is accountable for internal case management, field staff evaluation and development. The Clinical Manager reviews incoming OASIS documentation from field clinicians, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Medicare guidelines and timely submission. This is the perfect opportunity for a field clinician looking to advance to management. Work schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 5pm (in office).As a Clinical Manager your position may look like this:

• Demonstrate and communicate The BAYADA Way core values - compassion, excellence, and reliability
• Supervise a team of nurses and therapists; provide ongoing education, coaching/feedback
• Develop care plans and oversee execution of care plans
• Review OASIS workflows and approve all clinical documentation (i.e. start of care, medication management, equipment orders)
• Make routine supervisory visits to assess client progress and staff competency
• Infection control reporting
• Assist with interviewing, hiring and onboarding field and office staff
• Act as a point of contact for clients for concerns, questions, or issues Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years RN experience
