Job Description:
Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team
of consultants under our Global Implementation & Payroll Ops
Manager practice.
Responsibilities:
Participate in Payroll implementation calls, make recommendations
for decisions
Help create a global implementation & resources plan
Oversee all STG implementation and payroll resources
Provide Client resource leveling for STG resources depending on
activities
Function closely with payroll providers so that processes are
leveled up and deliverables are achieved
Support and manage global payroll operations
Manage the execution of global payroll resolution, supporting the
prompt, precise, and accurate completion of global payments,
procedures, and funding
Manage global implementation and payroll management metrics,
keeping them updated and in good health as needed.
Function closely with the treasury team and the payroll processing
team on diverse elements of the period-end close procedures
Help coordinate payroll implementation activities for each
country
Help coordinate with the human resources on diverse elements of
analytics, onboarding, compensation, benefits, etc.
Manage the processing team, supporting all defined regulations and
processes in the validation of regulatory prerequisites
Support adherence to internal controls as recorded in monetary,
audit, and internal processes
Operate the implementation and development of payroll procedures in
collaboration with regional and in-country leads and project
leadership
Offer industry proficiency in aiding the organization's
decision-making process
Organize hand-off and consolidation with other stakeholders
Establish and supervise a tactical plan for expenses and payroll at
the organization.
Planning and coordinating implementation process between ADP and
Client
Work closely and seamlessly with the Client Payroll Director on all
defined aspects of implementing and processing payroll.
Interim ADP Payroll Services Support
Consultant does not act as management for Client. Client shall
remain responsible for, and shall have the sole authority to make,
all decisions regarding the business and other operations
ofClient
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an
immediate start date with an initial duration through end of June,
with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort: Full time 40 hours
Working Hours: Standard
