What will you be doing? --- - - -Identifying risks, performance trends and leverage points for process improvements--- - - -Working closely with the KYC Operations Lead to assure control & associated frameworks are embedded in the business strategy/colleagues understand their responsibilities--- - - -Owning and managing procedure and strategy document updates and approvals--- - - -Owning control creation, amendment, and retirement--- - - -You will be creating control procedures as and when required What we're looking for: --- - - -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience--- - - -Three plus years' AML or KYC related experience--- - - -Superior interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work with in a fast-paced, team environment ---- - - -Ability to work effectively in global, matrix organization, breaking down barriers and influencing a collaborative work environment Skills that will help you in the role: --- - - -Two plus years' Financial Services experience in Front Line Business/Risk and Control--- - - -Relevant professional certifications: ACAMS--- - - -Proficient in Microsoft Office Where will you be working?
