Job Description:

In this role, you will join an innovative product team focused on building the next generation of lending and payment solutions. You will lead a talented team of manual and automation testers, who are passionate for ensuring delivery of high-quality customer experiences. You will work on multiple projects and be an active leader in the full end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery through product launches. -
This position reports into the Lending Innovation product team, which is focused on meeting the borrowing needs of our customers through digital-centric pay over time lending solutions.
Job responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead UAT efforts from end-to end from test strategy design to execution to ensure delivery of high-quality customer experiences -
  
• Design, develop and maintain a suite of manual and automation use case
  
• Ensure test environment readiness for upcoming testing
  
• Identify external testing dependencies, create short term and long term plans to make testing team more autonomous
  
• Communicate status to management and key stakeholders across a portfolio of projects
  
• Lead a culture of respect that promotes diversity and inclusion, and mentors and motivates a strong cross-functional team
  
• Develop the next generation of UAT talent, with a focus on hiring, developing and retaining top talent
  
  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree -
    
  • Detailed understanding of common defect management tools, the ability to write automated tests, and an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
    
  • 5+ years of work experience with Quality Assurance experience, knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance methodology
    
  • TSYS and Consumer banking/credit card experience is a plus
    
  • Experience with functional testing automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Junit), as well as databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server and DB2
    
  • Experience with API (Application Programming Interface) test automation (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman)
    
  • Experience with Java and JavaScript
    
  • Experience establishing a test automation framework
