Associate Nurse Manager - Operating RoomThe Associate Nurse Manager (ANM) plays a pivotal role in collaborating with the Nurse Manager to provide operational and administrative support to nursing associates in the Operating Room. This position is instrumental in expanding nursing leadership presence in the practice area, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to plan, develop, and utilize human and material resources to meet departmental needs.
Provide daily clinical and operational supervision in partnership with the Nurse Manager.
Contribute to the professional development of peers, colleagues, and other healthcare providers.
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate the management of patient care.
Adhere to budgetary plans and ensure evidence-based care delivery.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Active Delaware or compact nursing license required.
- Three or more years of experience.
