Job Description:

Title: Batch Release Manager

Location: Remote
Schedule: M-F Full Time (Very flexible with hours); 7 AM- 3 PM, 9 AM- 5 PM (Flexible to part-time and/or block schedule)
Type: Contract

Responsibilities: Batch record review
Batch/product release
Work on improvements to QMS
Work with external vendors and attendance at project meetings (virtual)
Vendor oversight and evaluation

Requirements: BS Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or similar field
Experience with aseptic products
Deviation investigation review
Ability to work independently
Solid dose experience is a plus
Project management skills a plus
3-5 years experience minimum (looking for a more seasoned person), at least 2 years experience performing batch record review and release activities.
Experience working with external vendors (contract CDMOs) is a plus
Experience in pharmaceutical development environment a plus
