We need an intel analyst like you to support critical decisions made in our government. As a Collection Requirements Manager, you will use your experience and attention to detail to collaborate across the IC, understand intelligence gaps, prioritize information, and provide actionable intelligence and context to your clients. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, this is an opportunity to influence national security.As an intelligence analyst, your responsibilities include prioritizing, establishing, and developing collection requirements, tracking and managing these requirements, and supporting collection assessment efforts. Your client will rely on you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.This role offers growth into areas like intelligence disciplines and analytical requirements. You will share your expertise with other collection managers through leadership and mentoring. • 3+ years supporting the IC
• Experience with identifying CM access points and methods
• Knowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT)
• Skill in using tools to search for trends or anomalies in data
• Ability to develop, plan, and coordinate deployment of CM systems
• Ability to validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, evaluate, and terminate CM programs and initiatives
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph examNice If You Have:
  • Experience as a multi-intelligence CRM
  • Experience with MatLab, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R
  • Ability to brief senior defense and government officials
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
