Job Description:
Description You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled
with exceptional sales ability.In this role, you will be an
integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an
assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to work with HCPs
to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment. Develop strategic
business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented
objectives in accordance with territory and account level goals.
Facilitate the execution of business plans that impact multiple
accounts and gaining buy-in on responsibilities. Deliver and adapt
execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives
utilizing; KPIs, scaling of successes, business problem solving,
etc. Develop and foster external relationships with key influential
customers and thought leadersEssential Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in business or life sciences
preferred
- 2-3+ years demonstrated sales experience in specialty with
successful track record of exceeding expectations
- Exhibit high degree of interpersonal and persuasive
communication skills
- Can work independently with strong attention to detail
- HIV Experience Preferred, not required
- Driven/Motivated for growth in role/positionDesired
Requirements:
- Product launch experience
- 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience in one or more of the
following: HIV, diabetes, cardiovascular and/or specialty (i.e.
immunology, oncology)
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.The
annual base salary for this position ranges from $130.000 to
$140.000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and
high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary
will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's
qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
In addition, some positions may include a company car or car
allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on
