ID: 45753815 Shift: Rotating 12 hours Flexible Rotating Evening and Night Shifts Discussed at interview, shift diff in Description: ***URGENT OPENING, QUICK CANDIDATE FEEDBACK TIMES.***Hourly range: $36.00-$48.00(Based on Year of Experience)Salary range $67,392-$89,856 (Based on 36 hour work week)Shift Differentials: 3pm to 11pm M-F 9%, 11pm -7pm M-F, 14%, Weekend 23% Evening and Overnight shifts***Sign on Bonus $10,000, payment terms $5,000 in first 30 days of employment/$5,000 after 90 days of employment. Further terms to be discussed during interview and offer.***Perm Placement Fee 0f 25% position is responsible for the direct and indirectnursing care of the unit patient. This position requires knowledge ofdepartmental and hospital policies relevant to the delivery of nursing care.Interpretive skills, frequent interactive and consultive associations areinherent in this position., implements, and evaluates the Patient Plan ofCare and outcomes.Collaborates with the health care team to promote positivepatient outcomes.Is seen as a patient advocate.
